Job Description – Web Designer / Developer Date: 28/04/2011

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years web design and some development experience in a Microsoft environment using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP.Net Web Forms and Visual Studio.
The candidate will be required to communicate extensively with colleagues in Russia and Eastern Europe as well as translating requirements written in Russian to English. Hence the candidate should be fluent in the Russian language, both written and oral. Some customer communication will also be required.

On behalf of my client, a niche Consultancy within the Retail Banking and Finance space, I am looking for an Agile Project Manager to help my client to adopt an agile approach to their projects.

As project manager you will;

Take responsibility for determining the project timescales, approach and resources required
Drive the team and available resources in line with this plan.
Creation of the Project Plan, Requirements/Design Spec, UAT and all other project documentation in line with agreed templates.
Ensure daily and weekly measurement of the plan against actuals, taking corrective measures where appropriate.
Instigate and manage processes for managing change to project requirements.

Position purpose
To generate incremental revenue by creating online product interfaces and live web sites, customised to each customers requirements.
To work on New Product Development UI and presentation layer desgin and logic to meet the requirements of the company.
