On behalf of my client, a large Broadcaster, I am looking for a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager to implement and coach Agile best practice across both on and off-shore development teams. As Scrum Master you will take responsibility for the planning and execution of software delivery using Agile principles with a demonstrable approach to using Agile methods, processes and activities. This will also incorporate formal project management to ensure projects are delivered to time-scales and expectations.

Required skills and experience:
 In depth knowledge of one or more Agile project management frameworks preferably Scrum
 Managing project dependencies across related work-streams within an Agile approach
 Solid communication skills both oral and written with the capacity of working with both business and technical stakeholders
 Ability to create a collaborate Agile approach within both on and off-shore development teams
 Solid coaching, mentoring and team leadership skills within an Agile approach
 Experience of the facilitation and leadership of workshops and the gathering and communicating of Agile metrics
 Agile mentoring and coaching skills
 Agile training certification:
 Certified ScrumMaster – minimum
 Certified Scrum Professional – preferred

Job Description: Web Business Analyst
Core Job Purpose
The role is Web Business Analyst, reporting in to the Head of Products. The role will be approx 70% working within the Websites Team and approx 30% to wider Business Analysis for further web product development.
The Websites Team forms a critical part of the Online function, planning, managing and delivering the websites as well as measuring performance of Group and website delivery. As a Business Analyst, this role is essential in letting us fulfil our business requirements. The role is also critical in ensuring that an appropriate level of support and stability is delivered to our website project.
The Websites Team:
• Is responsibility for the continued development of Online Products, Provides Reporting, Analytics and Business Intelligence across online portfolio
• Owns and drives a number of key projects that aim to directly improve product performance
• Executes bespoke analysis on an ad hoc basis to answer critical business questions across the Group
Job Description
Websites (70%):
• Provide business analysis and support to two critical projects in the Websites team:
• Develop and provide regular management and operational reporting. Provide insight into the performance of the website product
• Carry out bespoke in-depth analysis to help improve efficiency in the fulfillment process
• Work with management to set KPI’s and targets across the business on a quarterly basis
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify market trends to help shape the websites strategy
Wider Business Analysis (30%):
• Carry out bespoke in-depth analysis on critical business questions on products and markets.
The successful candidate will be working in a high calibre team, with direct operations exposure from day one.
Candidate Requirements
Functional knowledge & skills
• Intelligent and strategic thinker
• Strong background in analytics and business intelligence
• Strong Experience working with Microsoft Excel. Experience working with large data sets, and ideally will have experience with data management tools (such as Microsoft Access)
• Pro-active in drawing out the “So What?” from analysis
• Preferably web-savvy with some experience working on online projects
General competencies
• Quality focus, results driven, with good attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex issues in simple terms
• Ability to provide constructive, well thought out and timely feedback

Job Description – Web Designer / Developer

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years web design and some development experience in a Microsoft environment using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP.Net Web Forms and Visual Studio.
The candidate will be required to communicate extensively with colleagues in Russia and Eastern Europe as well as translating requirements written in Russian to English. Hence the candidate should be fluent in the Russian language, both written and oral. Some customer communication will also be required.

Education/Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have degree level education with computing qualifications. Web design and development experience in a Microsoft environment using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP.Net Web Forms, Visual Studio, with experience of C# and Web Services. Fluent Russian, both written and oral, would be a significant advantage

IT Skills:
To include 2-3 years’ experience in the following fields:

On behalf of my client, a niche Consultancy within the Retail Banking and Finance space, I am looking for an Agile Project Manager to help my client to adopt an agile approach to their projects.

As project manager you will;
Take responsibility for determining the project timescales, approach and resources required
Drive the team and available resources in line with this plan.
Creation of the Project Plan, Requirements/Design Spec, UAT and all other project documentation in line with agreed templates.
Ensure daily and weekly measurement of the plan against actuals, taking corrective measures where appropriate.
Instigate and manage processes for managing change to project requirements.
Ensure appropriate commercial cover is in place for any work we undertake on its clients or partners behalf.
Report progress internally and with the customer weekly. Document achievements, highlight risks and issues. Detail next steps and actions to achieve project goals.
Manage escalations promptly and sensitively through to resolution
Ensure with the team the compliance of the final solution to the agreed acceptance criteria and liaison with customer for the same
