Process Excellence Director / Programme Director – you will be responsible for the implementation of Process Excellence initiatives across both the Operations and Technology divisions of this Global Financial Services Organisation. You will take ownership of the execution of improvement initiatives employing proven process excellence tools and leading strategies.
Responsibilities will include; but are not limited to, Analysis and Recommendation, Enablement, Metrics, Reporting, and Process Excellence Projects. The incumbent will consult across the Operations and Technology leaderships teams to identify, quantify, and prioritise process improvements that complement the Companies goals and business objectives. You will manage cross-functional project teams to successfully implement these initiatives that will enable the unification of global processes across their Operations and Technologies divisions.
Requirements;
Leadership and Coaching;
Act as a mentor, coach, and process / technical leader for the successful completion of Analysis, Metrics, Reporting and related Projects with proven and industry leading business process excellence. Act as a mentor, coach and leader to external stakeholders for the completion of process excellence initiatives employing proven process excellence methodologies.
Strategic;
With a consultative approach you will provide support to the Process Owners, Operations and Technology management, perform process and data analysis, articulate your findings and deliver concise recommendations and measurements to enable the planning and approach of unified business processes.
Project Implementation;
Individually, or by leading project teams, you will eliminate specific defects, identify, document and deliver metrics proving positive change in operational excellence. Take ownership of ongoing metrics, reporting, and operational ownership processes that will enable management to effectively monitor changes in process. As Process Excellence Director / Programme Director you must demonstrate the proven ability to manage multiple projects at any given time and drive these initiatives to completion. The volume of process improvements and projects will vary in complexity and scale.
Skills and Experience;
Masters Degree
– Six Sigma Black Belt or Six Sigma Master Black Belt (MBB) is a plus
– Demonstrable background in process excellence methodologies and full cycle project management
– Proven track record of successful projects completion
